Timur Lukas presents an installation featuring new works, consisting primarily of drawings that shift focus from image archives toward direct observation. The works are based on the immediacy and speed of drawing as a medium and make use of the freedom inherent in its provisional nature. Rather than striving for a fixed representation, the works capture moments of perception in which forms emerge, shift, and dissolve again. The focus is on animals from the artist’s immediate surroundings.
